明日から連休のはずなんですが...、
なぜか1週間働きます。
というのは、5月9日～13日の日程で
「第6回東アジア茶文化シンポジウム」に参加するからです。
先日送られてきた参加者名簿を見ると、
毎年７月の裏千家ハワイセミナーでご一緒する方々が結構いらっしゃいます。
今から皆さんと５月の北京でお会いするのを心待ちにしています。
I am due to work for one week from tomorrow.
The reason・・・,
I go to Beijing from May 9.
I participate in the 6th East Asia tea culture symposium.
It is pleasure that I meet the acquaintance of the Hawaii seminar in Beijing.
私はピンク色をよく使います。
I use pink frequently.
しかしこのピンクの絵の具は製造中止です。
However, the paints of this pink are termination of manufacture.
そこで同じピンクの開発をしなければなりません。
Then,I need to develop the same paints as these paits.
また新しい引き出しが増えます。
A new techniqe increases to me.
京都オパールを使った新作です。
I am making the new work using the Kyoto opal.
12か月の青磁湯呑です。
These are year-round blue porcelain teacups.
白い部分が京都オパールです。
White portions are Kyoto opals.
私はこれらを？℃で焼成します。
These are calcinated at ? degrees C.
野々村仁清（ののむら にんせい）とは京焼の祖であります。
Nonomura ninsei is a classic case of Kyoto ceramic ware.
私は仁清を尊敬してます。
I respect Ninsei.
その仁清は京都美山（みやま）出身といわれています。
He is considered to be the Kyoto Miyama birth.
この「仁清まつり」には行きたいですが、
当日は奈良で知人のお茶会もあります。
I would loke to go to this festival.
However,I have to go to the tea ceremony of Nara on that day.
迷わず両方行きます！！
Naturally I will go to two places.

These are the desserts of Guilo Guilo of this month .
菜の花の白玉。コーヒーラム酒ソース。
苺のマシュマロ。
桜餅アイス。
キウイのムース。
The rice-flour dumpling of rape blossoms.
Coffee rum sauce.
The marshmallow of strawberry.
Ice cream of sakura-mochi.
The mousse of kiwi.
さてハワイNanzan GiroGiroのデザートには
抹茶が付きます。
祇園辻利「十草（とくさ）の白」、
美味しいですよ！！
初鰹の藁焼き。
奈良漬のソース。
Food which burned the oceanic bonito with straw.
Sauce of Nara pickles.

豚の角煮。筍の真蒸。
The cabbage roll of a new style.
Cuts of pork boiled with sugar,soy sauce,sweet sake and salt.
Bamboo shoot.
日向夏に赤パプリカのソース。
Hyuganatu orange.
Sauce of red paprika.
ハタハタ味噌漬けの出し茶漬け。
山芋のぬか漬け。
Boiled rice in tea of the fish preserved in miso of sandfish.
Vegetables pickled in salted rice-bran paste of yam.
4月の枝魯枝魯の献立です。
It is a menu of Guilo Guilo in April.
穴子といんげん豆の昆布巻。
The tangle roll of conger and kidney bean.
人参葉、生ハムチップ、レッドペッパーオリーブ和え。
半熟卵のもろみ醤油漬け。
鯛のうるい巻、大豆と海老ソース掛け。
ミンチ肉とクルミの寄せ物。
Carrot leaf,raw ham,red pepper,olive oil.
Food which soaked the half-done egg in soy sauce.
Sea bream,the sauce of shrimp and soybean.
Terrine of walnut and minced meat.
桜餅（鯛そぼろ）と生ホタル烏賊の吸い物。
Soup of sakura-mochi(minced sea bream)and
firefly squid.
現在信楽焼の製作に励んでいます。
Now I am making many Shigaraki wares .
苦労した甲斐がありました。
There was worth which suffered troubles.
Nanzan GiroGiroの料理です。
It is the dishes of Nanzan GiroGiro.
明日は京都の枝魯枝魯に行きます。
I am going to go to Giro Giro in Kyoto tomorrou.
昨日ハワイのNanzan GiroGiroが開店しました。
Nanzan GiroGiro of Hawaii opened yesterday.
定休日は火曜日と水曜日です。
Closing days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

There was a recepution of Nanzan GiroGiro.
オープンは明日です。
Opening will be tomorrow.
昨日無事に土鍋がハワイに到着しました。
(祇園かにかくにの安田さんにも1個運んでいただきました。）
Three clay pots were safely carried to Hawaii yesterday.

感無量でした！！
I was feeled with deep emotion.
丸形の湯呑です。
These are the teacups of a round form/
両手で包みこむイメージです。
It is an image which has this with both hands.
名付けて「ほっこり湯呑」。
I call these "the teacup where the heart settles down."
また御飯茶碗や小鉢にも使えます。
Tese can be used for a rice bowl.
Tese also become a small bowl.
（こんな風に丸く生きたいです。）
ハワイNanzan GiroGiroのレセプションまであと１日です。
It is one day to the reception of Nanzan GiroGiro.
（時差があるので、あと２日です。）
土鍋が完成しました。
The clay pot was completed.
しかし、無事にハワイに持っていけるかが心配です。
However,I am anxious about carrying this to Hawaii safely.
今日は土鍋に釉薬をかけました。
I applied glaze to the clay pot today.
先ず透明の釉薬をかけます。
I applied clear glaze first.
次に織部釉です。
Green glaze was applied after that.
明日の夜が窯出しです。
It is a schedule on tomorrow night that these come out of kiln.
ハワイNanzanGiroGiroのレセプションまであと4日です。
It is four days to the reseption of Nanzan GiriGiro of Hawaii.
今日はハワイのレストラン内のギャラリーの展示品の整理です。
I arranged the exhibit of the gallery of Hawaii today.
水指、抹茶椀、湯呑、マグカップ等が展示されます。
Mizusashi,Tea bowl,Tea cup,Mug,etc.are exhibited.
またレストランで使用される食器も平安陶花園製です。
And the tableware which my studio made is used at a our restaurant.
よって私はレストランもギャラリーだと思っています。
I think that our resutaurant is also a gallery.
本日は東京での豆皿１０００展を見に来ています。
I came to see the exhibition of the small plate in Tokyo today.
小さな皿（直径約９㎝）でも１０００枚揃うと
迫力があります。
Although these are small plates,
since they have gathered 1000 pieces, the exhibition is powerful.
ハワイに向けて頑張ってます。
We are doing our best towards Hawaii.
これらは京セラさんの京都オパールを使っています。
These are the works using the Kyoto opal of KYOCERA.
京セラさんといえば太陽光発電に力を注がれています。
KYOCERA is putting power into photovoltaice.
地球を救ってほしいですね。
I want them to save the earth.
私には今多くの問題が発生してます。
I have worries and troubles of now many.
でも自分の努力だけでは問題を解決できない人々が多数いらっしゃいます。
But people who cannot solve some problems in efforts of them exist mostly.
そして私の問題と言えば、ほとんど自分の努力で解決できます。
However,it is solvable by doing my best in all.
私に今出来ることは良い陶磁器作品を作ることです。
That I make many goos works solves my problem.
レセプションまであと９日。
It is nine days to a reception.
逃げるわけにはいきません。
I do not escape from worries and troubles.
4月15日にハワイのNanzan GiroGiroの
レセプションが行われます。
The reception of the restaurant in Hawaii is
due to be performed on April 15.
窯づめ。
これが今の私の心境です。
The preparationof kiln.
This is my present mental state.
期待。不安。
Expectation.Uneasy.

今の気持ちは今回のプロジェクトに参加していただいた方への感謝です。

It is ten days to the reception of Nanzan GiroGiro.
ハワイに向けて平安陶花園一同頑張って作っています。
We are making many works for the restaurant in Hawaii.

銀座の天ぷら屋さんの発注の件です。
It is an affair of the goos of order of the tempura restrant in the Ginza.
私が作ったものは0.5ミリ大きく、
0.2ミリ分厚かったです。
The work which I made is lage 0.5mm.
And it is thick 0.2mm.
もう少し調整します。
I am going to adjust a few.
もう少しと言えば、
そうハワイのレストランです。
今度こそは本当にもう少しで開店です。
If it is called a few,
the restrant in Hawaii will be due to be opend soon.
レセプションは4月15日に決定です。
The reception on April 15 was determined.
私が幼かったころ、
テレビで「夫婦善哉」という番組がありました。
When I was achild,there was "huzband and wife sweet red bean soup with rice cakes"
in the program of television.
出演者へのお土産が清水焼の「睦揃い」（むつみぞろい）でした。
The present to the performer of the program was "Mutsumizoroi" of the Kiyomizu ware.
今日私は「睦揃い」を作りました。
I made the "Mutsumizoroi" today.
蓋の裏に名前も入ります。
A name also goes into the reverse side of these lids.
さて「睦揃い」の語源はというと、「睦まじい」だと思います。
I think that the origin of a word of "Mutsumizoroi" is "harmonious".
「仲睦まじい」っていうのは良い言葉ですね。
"Nakamutsumajii" is a good word.
